“I am incredibly grateful for working with Rhonda Norman. She was an amazing coach for me. I came to her because I was looking for support in being a new Leader, particularly a Black Woman Leader struggling with the hardships of working in a white-dominant professional culture that didn't function in direct communication and had expectations of emulating white Leaders.
I knew I needed the support and leaned into the Coaching. It was absolutely TRANSFORMATIVE in my professional and personal life. I was able to break down negative barriers and the stigma I'd placed on myself for my past. I learned so much about accountability for myself and also understanding that I am allowed grace and that hardships are not a reflection of my making mistakes.
The work with Rhonda gave me a newfound confidence in my professional and personal life. I am incredibly grateful and recommend Rhonda as a Coach.".

"Coaching with Rhonda Norman turned this skeptic into a believer in personal/life coaching. I agreed to coaching with Ms Norman because I was going through quite a few life changes, many as a result of the pandemic. In January 2020, my husband suffered the first of two strokes which subsequently led to him losing his job. I had been a stay-at-home wife who suddenly found herself thrust into the workforce. It was a major adjustment leaving the security of my work-at-home environment to being employed. It meant leaving many projects undone to put food on our family table. I had started to beat myself up over not being able to complete projects, clean my house, declutter spaces, etc. I thought Ms. Norman would give me solutions to getting those projects done but instead, she helped me work through the roots of my issues and gently encouraged me come up with my own solutions, without condemnation. Her coaching was a breathe of fresh air! I learned to stop blaming myself for not getting things done to using that energy to come up with a plan. With Mrs. Norman’s help, I uncovered some painful but necessary truths and falsehoods that needed to be addressed. Her support was so gentle yet positive and encouraging. I left each session challenged and focused. I wholeheartedly recommend personal coaching with Mrs. Norman".

When I started coaching with Rhonda, I wanted to understand the root of my triggers and manage the storms better. I was tired of always helping others, I was drained and burned out. After coaching with Rhonda I had a perspective shift and I have a more positive outlook, I practice acceptance a lot and I don't feel drained anymore and I now set boundaries, and manage my emotions better than before.
